A 1 hour strength and conditioning class to give your body a break from running. The session involves core work and stretching.
It's highly recommended for us as we head into the winter to make sure we look after ourselves, and this session should do just that, making sure we strengthen ourselves to prevent injury.
Bring water and an exercise mat if possible!
