Club Constitution
Changes to our existing Club Constitution were approved unanimously at our Extraordinary General Meeting 18th December 2019. The changes were made: (1) To comply with HMRC requirements to become a Community Athletic Sports Club (CASC), (2) To reflect Junior membership payment arrangements, (3) To update the conditions for Members to qualify for Virgin London Marathon places in the Club draw, (4) To make editorial corrections

Codes Of Conduct
The club prides itself about the welcome and friendliness it offers to every single member. We've adopted UKA Codes of Conduct for Athletes & Coaches (see below) to reinforce our club values.
Social Media Guidelines
Lliswerry Runners has a facebook Page (www.facebook.com/LliswerryRunners) and twitter account (@LliswerryRunner) for the public and facebook groups for members-only discussion. Our social media guidelines apply to all & can be found here:
Data Protection Policy
In light of the changes caused by GDPR, we have created a Data protection policy which outlines how we use members' data at the club.
Welfare Policy
For all Welfare matters, Lliswerry Runners operates under the framework of both Welsh Athletics and UK Athletics. The following Welfare Policy is subject to approval at our 2019 AGM:

Disciplinary Procedures
You can find the Club's Disciplinary Procedures below. These are aligned with British Athletics' and Welsh Athletics' recommendations to ensure that our rules are fair and consistent. These were updated and agreed by club members in 2015.

Risk Assessment
The club's activities are constantly being assessed to ensure all reasonable steps are taken to minimise risks to participants. Here is our overall risk assessment which guides measures taken to protect members:
